Now Hiring - Advance Planning - Sales Specialist in Marion, IN

This position requires employees to work on-site. Applicants should live within, or close enough to, Marion, Indiana to reliably commute daily.

As an Advance Planning - Sales Specialist, you can excel financially with our advanced sales training process and top-of-the-line marketing materials while making a difference in our community.

You will be trained to use our selling system, which includes methods unique to selling cemetery and funeral home services and merchandise to families in advance of need. You will work directly with our skilled sales manager, as well as the founder of our company. Our established location has decades of heritage that will put you in front of many local families who will need your help to plan their funeral and cemetery needs ahead of time properly. This position is very rewarding for the right individual.

Job Requirements:

• Applicants must be able to reliably commute to work and should live within the city of Marion, or close to it.
• Employees are required to work on-site at our location.
• Meet with prospective clients at our location, as well as out in the field
• Give sales presentations and create accurate sales contracts
• Seek information from clients and present appropriate solutions for customers’ needs
• Adjust schedule to fit priority situations
• Communicate and work with others in the organization to make sure the sales process is complete
• Use our lead tracking database
• Provide quality internal and external customer service supporting the company’s values
